Hello, I’m Lori Anderson, life coach and wellness coach for busy women. I help overwhelmed, ambitious women like you navigate their health and wellness to get unstuck and feel better for good. If you are struggling with your weight, lack of energy, mood swings, inflammation in your body and brain fog, you are not alone. I know your pain and frustration. When I went thru menopause, I gained 40 pounds in a matter of two years. I had always relied on exercise to maintain my weight but I had so much inflammation and joint pain I could no longer consistently work out. Hot flashes, insomnia, brain fog and overall increased stress levels made me feel miserable. I went to several doctors for severe hip pain in addition to my other complaints.. They referred me to chiropractors, orthopedic doctors, physical therapy, etc. Not one of them attributed any of my symptoms or pain to hormone or food related issues and I turned to food for comfort more often than not.

Fast forward two years later and I knew something had to change! I could not sit or lay down without severe hip pain so I wasn’t sleeping and my stress levels were thru the roof. I was working full time, coordinating the sale of our house of 28 years and moving our family out of state. We had kids graduating from high school and college and 1 still at home. Also - COVID. Something had to give.

I started to look into nutrition, hormone changes in menopause and began to see enough correlation with what was happening in my body that I knew I needed to make some changes. I cleaned up my diet and found my inflammation was greatly reduced with little to no sugar. I started to make better nutrition choices, increase gentle exercise and found a doctor that prescribed HRT. I started my Health Coach journey after successfully working with one to help me get a handle on my own health and wellness.

I have lost 35 pounds, I am able to workout 5-6 days a week and can get off and on my horse without any pain-hip or other! These changes have helped my manage my stress, sleep, and improve most areas in my life. I want this for YOU!

The most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. Helping women show up for themselves and improve the quality of their lives has been an amazing journey that I am grateful to be able to share with so many women.  I want to help other busy women find ways to feel look and feel their best.
